Lead Development Account Representative

What you'll do:

 •  Identify and qualify prospects through various research and telemarketing activities (required to make multiple and frequent outbound calls to prospects, and ensure that the appropriate follow-ups are made).
 •  Educate prospects about what we do and why we're worth consideration.
 •  Maintain relationships with prospects so that Mailshell is included in all relevant searches, RFPs and evaluations.
 •  Carry a quota. We are a meritocracy and we pay well for great performance.
 •  Log all activities in internal knowledge database.
 •  Manage outside consultants and vendors.
 •  2-3 years sales experience and references are required.

OEM Sales Account Manager

What you'll do:

 •  Collaboratively help educate and motivate customers and close deals.
 •  Build strong long-term mutually-rewarding customer relationships.
 •  Ask good questions, listen carefully, and be likable and responsive.
 •  Help our customers be successful and prove our ability and trustworthiness.
 •  Directly pitch to, negotiate with, and resolve concerns of potential customers. Travel required.
 •  Carry a quota. We are a meritocracy and we pay well for great performance.
 •  Build and maintain a sales pipeline.
 •  Some cold calling may be required.
 •  Accurately forecast business and sales pipeline as required, updating management on the status of all prospects.
 •  Log all activities in internal knowledge database.

 •  3+ years managing sales appointments, generating leads and meeting quotas in an inside sales role.

Sales Engineer

What you'll do:

 •  Become expert at deploying and using our Anti-Spammer Engine.
 •  Create technical presentation reports, white papers and materials as needed.
 •  Participate in business meetings. Minor travel required.
 •  Train our customers' sales, marketing and customer service teams.
 •  Log all activities in internal knowledge database.
 •  Manage outside consultants and vendors.
 •  Minimum of 5-7 years experience excelling in similar role is required.
