Announce Strategic Alliance
Leading OEM Providers of Web Content Filtering and
Anti-Spam Solutions Join Forces
SALT LAKE CITY, UT - December 17, 2003 - Cerberian,
a leading provider of next generation Internet management

creator of the easiest and most accurate embedded anti-spam
engine, today announced a strategic marketing agreement
where Cerberian will offer its partners the Mailshell
Anti-Spam SDK, and Cerberian's leading Internet management
solution will be available through Mailshell.
Both companies currently offer OEM solutions
that integrate with a variety of network security appliances,
anti-virus applications and Internet service providers.
As hosted and software solutions, Cerberian and Mailshell
have developed unique, next generation technologies
that provide the most efficient and cost-effective ways
of adding spam and Web content filtering to third party
products and services.

Cerberian Web Manager monitors Internet
access using a combination of a large categorized database
and two layers of real-time intelligence technology
designed to speed up and enhance the content filtering
process while building the most relevant URL database

through a growing list of OEM partners and provides

the hassle of adding on-site equipment or worrying about
regular database updates.
