Storage Space

How much storage space do I have?

Users with the Premium Service have 50 MB of storage space to save messages. Users with the free trial service have 10 MB.

You can see how much of your storage space you are currently using from within any folder or in the Folders section of Check Mail.

What if I need more storage space?

If you have the free trial service and would like more than 10 MB of storage space, you can easily upgrade to the Premium Service to get 50 MB. Users cannot have more than 50 MB of storage space.

What happens if I go over my storage quota?

Once you are over your storage quota, all messages sent to you will bounce back to the sender as undeliverable until you have deleted some of your messages.

What should I do if my storage limit is exceeded?

To avoid losing incoming email messages, you should delete some of your stored messages as soon as possible. (Be sure to empty your Trash folder when you are finished; messages stored there do count toward your storage limit. You can empty your trash by clicking the "Empty Trash" link from within any folder or in the Folders section of Check Mail.)
