(Answer) (Category) Mailshell SpamCatcher FAQ :
Why is the SpamCatcher toolbar missing if I restart Outlook?
This should not normally happen.

However, if you close Outlook and restart Outlook before Outlook has fully closed, then all Outlook Add-ins such as SpamCatcher will not load. For example, if you close Outlook while a compose window is still open and restart Outlook, the SpamCatcher toolbar will be missing and SpamCatcher will not operate because Outlook did not shutdown completely.

To fix, simply close Outlook completely and restart Outlook. For help on closing Outlook completely:

You can try the SpamCatcher Universal edition which does not have this problem but you will lose some features.
