I've uninstalled SpamCatcher yet the SpamCatcher toolbar still appears in Outlook. How can I get rid of it?
The SpamCatcher toolbar may reappear after uninstall IF Outlook had crashed while Spamcatcher was running and it didn't give SpamCatcher the opportunity to completely uninstall itself.

To ensure that SpamCatcher is completely removed from your system:
1. Go to Tools-Options-Advanced Options-COM Addins.
2) Go to Tools-Customize.
3) Right mouse click on each of the SpamCatcher toolbar buttons/tray and delete them.
4) Remove SpamCatcher toolbar if it's listed in the Customize dialog.
**Steps 3-4 might be necessary in both the Inbox view and when a message is open.
5) Exit Outlook completely and restart.

The SpamCatcher toolbar should no longer appear.
