(Answer) (Category) Mailshell SpamCatcher FAQ :
I do not see a SpamCatcher folder. Where is it?
We have received reports of cases where the SpamCatcher folder can not be created automatically.

To work around this problem, please:
1) open the SpamCatcher preferences window
2) select the "Blocked Senders" tab
3) select "Other..." for the "Automatically move Blocked messages to" option.
4) choose an existing folder or a new folder where caught spam should be moved

We would appreciate it if you have this problem that you would please send an email to us at support@mailshell.com and include the Outlook version that you are using.

Thank you.
