What happens to my spam messages?

Both spam that is caught by Mailshell Anti-Spam Outlook and caught by your blocked senders list is moved to the SpamCatcherm folder by default but you can specify another folder at any time. The SpamCatcher folder is under Outlook Today - [Personal Folders]. Spam is never lost. You may review the spam messages at anytime by clicking on the Mailshell Anti-Spam folder.



How can I customize the Mailshell Anti-Spam Outlook toolbar placement?

You can drag the Mailshell Anti-Spam Outlook toolbar to any position you want. The position is saved when you close Outlook.



How do I customize the look of the Mailshell Anti-Spam Outlook toolbar?

Right click on the Mailshell Anti-Spam Outlook toolbar and choose "customize". Then right click on an icon on the Mailshell Anti-Spam Outlook toolbar which you want to customize. You can set image only (default), text only, or image and text. You can even change the button image.
